COM Express Source is a ParaRio subsidiary. In order to provide you, our subscribers, with the best possible service, we need to ask you for your personal information, such as name and e-mail address. And, in order to provide you, our advertisers, with the best possible advertising service, we need to ask you for your credit card information. This Privacy & Security Policy applies to all services that are hosted on the COM Express Source web site.
Secure Payments
COM Express Source contracts with PayPal for secure payment processing and privacy protection of paying customers. Processing of all credit card or other payments takes exclusively place within the PayPal environment. PayPal guarantees secure payment processing and privacy protection for associated payments under the BBBonline (Better Business Bureau Online) program for commerce on the Internet. BBBonline is a merchant service to promote trust and confidence in Internet commerce.
In addition, to further protect your privacy, PayPal has agreed to disclose its information practices and to have its practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.

Personal Information
In addition to information needed for credit card processing for advertisement payments, you may be asked to enter contact and demographic data to subscribe to the COM Express Newsletter or for other purposes, such as industry surveys, etc. COM Express Source will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy & Security Policy. Except for credit card information, we may occasionally share your contact information, for marketing purposes, with 3rd parties, pursuant to prior permission granted by you. In addition, your contact information may be shared with select advertisers if you affirmatively click through on a link or ad to such advertisers.
Notification of Changes
This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the COM Express Source web site or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers and subscribers. If we are intending to use or disclose your personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time we collected the information, you will have a choice as to whether or not we use or disclose your information in this new manner.
