ESC West, April 2006, San Francisco – E-Value of Taiwan had its first COM Express modules on display. The company's ETXexpress ESM-2850 COM Express modules are based on the Intel 915GM chipset and the Intel Pentium M and Celeron M processors., with clock speeds up to 2.26GHz. The modules are compliant with the COM Express Basic form factor and Type 2 pin-out.

Total available memory expansion is 1GB DDR2 533MHz SDRAM via a single SO-DIMM socket. I/O interfaces include 1 PCI Express Graphics x16 link, 3 PCI Express x1 links, 2 SATA links, 8 USB 2.0 ports, dual channel 18-bit LVDS, TV-Out, CRT, PCI and LPC bus and 1Gb Ethernet. The company started shipping the ESM-2850 modules from April 2006.
